Seminar — The growing significance of trade secrets in today's society and business has unleashed an unprecedented boom in litigation, legislation, and in media and scholarly attention.This seminar focuses on some of the most topical issues involved in the protection of trade secrets as seen in the light of the new EU Trade Secrets Directive.
