While the potential effects of climate change on living organisms maintain a general sense of urgency, matters of how changes in biological communities may affect climate receive limited attention. Changes in ocean biology are believed to be critical for climate development but we still don\u2019t understand these interactions well enough to properly include them in predictions of future climate. This talk explains\u00a0why\u00a0we think ocean biology is important for climate and outlines the questions being addressed in ROCS.<\/p>\n

The event is an hour long. We begin with a lecture after which we welcome questions and discussions from the audience.<\/p>\n
