Michael Herbing\u2019s public defence of his thesis entitled:<\/p>\n<p>Between state aid law and public procurement &#8211; A legal analysis of the fourth Altmark-criterion and the need for clarity<\/p>\n<p>The thesis has been evaluated by a committee consisting of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professor Karsten Naundrup Olesen, The Faculty of Law (chair)<\/li>\n<li>Professor Pernille Wegener Jessen, Aarhus Universitet<\/li>\n<li>Professor Tom Madell, Ume\u00e5 Universitet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Supervisor is Professor Ulla Neergaard, Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen<\/p>\n<p>The public defence takes place on Friday 15 December 2017 at 13:00 in Nanna Berg Auditorium 9A-1-01, Njalsgade 76, 1 floor, 2300 Copenhagen S<\/p>\n<p>After the defence Michael Herbing and the Faculty of Law will host a reception in meeting room 6B-4-04, Njalsgade 76, 4 floor, 2300 Copenhagen S.
