The number is a record.<\/p>\n<p>The matriculation ceremony is a traditional ritual that formally introduces new students as students.<\/p>\n<h2>Take part, then see the pictures<\/h2>\n<p>It all happens in English, for international students in the Ceremonial Hall (Festsalen) at 13:30, followed by snacks outside. For Danish students it will be at the same venue after a speech on Vor Frue Plads at 15:00.<\/p>\n<p>New students can buy food, drinks and get to know their fellow students. The night will be rounded off with some more live music. It is considered a great opportunity to see one of the oldest parts of the university, meet the top brass and meet other international students from outside your faculty.<\/p>\n<p>The University Post will, of course, be present and we will publish pictures as it happens, and after.
