","contributor_image":false}]},{"acf_fc_layout":"Content","content":"<p>The Entrepreneurship Foundation at Young Enterprise Denmark (FFE-YE) is looking for entrepreneurship-based courses that go beyond the basic definition – providing innovative and practical skills across all study disciplines.<\/p>\n<p>The foundation funds projects in all levels of higher education, and has thus far supported eight entrepreneurship projects at UCPH. <\/p>\n<p>This number, however, could be higher, as kunet.dk reports that only 1.9 percent of UCPH students report involvement with entrepreneurship in their education, compared to the national average of 6.4 percent. <\/p>\n<h2>Focus on intrapreneurship<\/h2>\n<p>The latest course funded at UCPH is ‘Intra-and Entrepreneurship in Gastronomy and Health’, designed in cooperation with Claus Meyer and the Nordic Food Lab, combining theoretical knowledge with practical food development skills. <\/p>\n<p>This year’s focus is ‘intrapreneurship’ within existing organizations, where innovative ideas create new processes, products, or services that add value not only economically, but socially and culturally as well. <\/p>\n<p>The fund covers costs of course development, and a maximum of 50 percent of the total project cost.
