The University Post, or Universitypost.dk, is the English-language media of the University of Copenhagen but is editorially independent of the University of Copenhagen\u2019s management.<\/p>\n
Each semester, we take in a number of student reporters who contribute to Universitypost.dk with reviews, reports about events, news, guides etc. You don\u2019t need to be a major in journalism or to have spent most of your time outside the classrom editing the school paper.<\/p>\n
For new reporters on the team, we offer a crash course in our different genres, news criteria and style of writing.<\/p>\n

\n\uf0b7 You are not afraid to talk to strangers and you can easily navigate in unfamiliar territory
\n\uf0b7 You are research-savvy and problem-solving
\n\uf0b7 You are great at coming up with new ideas
\n\uf0b7 You are most likely, but not necessarily, a student at the University of Copenhagen.
\n\uf0b7 You are willing and able to participate in most of our editorial meetings, which occur about twice a month. The editorial meetings, which last about two hours, are unpaid, but the work assigned from the meetings is paid.<\/p>\n
\n\uf0b7 You are paid a freelance salary, so the more you produce, the more you are paid
\n\uf0b7 Training in photography, writing, journalism
\n\uf0b7 A large network of Danish and international students
\n\uf0b7 A fun job that can be varied according to your interests and knowledge<\/p>\n
