Between the high cost of living, prices for dining out, and the high state tax, it is no wonder that Copenhagen has ranked the 15th most expensive city in the world. <\/p>\n<p>The results from the survey published by the Economist show that the general cost of living in Copenhagen has declined over the past five years. In contrast, Asian and Australian cities continue to move up the living scale costs.<\/p>\n<p>Tokyo, Japan was number one, beating out Zurich for the number one spot last year. Tokyo has ranked first place 14 times in the last 20 years. Second and third place were given to Osaka, Japan and Sydney, Australia, respectivley. The Nordic neighbour Oslo, Norway placed number four. <\/p>\n<p>Karachi, Pakistan and Mumbai are the cheapest cities, according to the survey.<\/p>\n<p>Find the full Economist report<a
