Salary negotiations are opened once a year for all faculties and for the central administration of the University of Copenhagen. Managers and staff representatives meet up and allocate supplementary pay for qualification and function as well as retention supplements and one-off payments for employees.<\/p>\n

The University of Copenhagen (UCPH) has a declared transparent salary policy, and so we can here offer a comprehensive overview of the average monthly salary of all staff groups including pension payments.<\/p>\n
