The student bar Studenterhuset<\/em> is no longer just a secret place for international students in Copenhagen: The student card gives free access every Wednesday evening to the International Nights, mostly for international students, where a resident DJ juggles with current commercial hits, and types of music you can easily dance to.<\/p>\n

However, the student bar also hosts numerous concerts with artists more or less renowned from pop, rock and folk. Thursday 2 February, the English singer-songwriter Simon Finn will honour us with his presence for only DKK 80.<\/p>\n

Follower of Leonard Cohen, he came back in 2004 after 35 years of absence to give us the shivers with a different tone. He offers a clever folk close to Nick Drake, but with a more nasal voice. The result is convincing, rich in emotion. We are under the spell of his voice.<\/p>\n

Worked with Blur<\/h2>\n

Listening to Simon Finn is travelling in an intense atmosphere where we remember our Magic Moments. On the whole, his music is euphonious, both by his complete mastery of the acoustic guitar and by his smooth voice.<\/p>\n
