Neither are applications from former residents who have stayed in one of the apartments within the last five years. <\/p>\n<p>In the allocation of the apartments, the institution says that emphasis is laid on the guest’s previous work which should be of ‘high quality’. Emphasis is also on the guest’s ability to contribute with knowledge and inspiration. <\/p>\n<p>Applications are accepted until 25 January 2012.
