This is after a further DKK 265 million have been calculated by the construction’s steering group. The 21 per cent increase has been reported by the Science Faculty Newsletter. <\/p>\n<p>The Niels Bohr Science Park buildings have been designed by Ramb\u00f8ll. <\/p>\n<p>DKK 3 to 3.5 million will now be invested in consultancy fees to find alternative solutions to technical and functional problems, in order to reduce the cost overrun, the newsletter reports.<\/p>\n<h2>Drawings will be approved one year later<\/h2>\n<p>According to the steering group, which made the cost estimates already in June 2011, the increase are due to the science park now being projected 4,000 square meters bigger than initially intended. This means higher prices for design and for plumbing.<\/p>\n<p>According to the steering group, prices in technology-related areas have also increased recently. <\/p>\n<p>The results of the analysis by the consultants will be presented in mid-November.
