Rector Ralf Hemmingsen did not take any written notes of the call he made in 2003-2004 to a Spanish company to find out the veracity of Penkowa\u2019s laboratory rat experiment claims.<\/p>\n

This was made clear at the press conference Tuesday.<\/p>\n

However, this is not a reason to doubt his testimony or his actions as reported by legal advisers Kammeradvokaten (in Danish here)<\/a>, according to the chairman of the Board of Executives, Nils Strandberg Pedersen.<\/p>\n

No notes, but we’re satisfied<\/h2>\n

Milena Penkowa put Rector in contact with a Spanish company to document her lab rat experiments. The company has subsequently turned out to be non-existing. There is nothing in the report that explains who Ralf Hemmingsen actually spoke to during the phone call.<\/p>\n

\u00bbIt is worthy of criticism that no note of this was made,\u00ab said Nils Strandberg Pedersen.<\/p>\n

But this said, \u00bbwe are satisfied with Rector\u2019s explanation that the conversation in fact took place,\u00ab said Nils Strandberg Pedersen.<\/p>\n
