Students can now take part in the Study Environment Survey until Wednesday 23 March. The survey has been prolonged for five days due to technical difficulties. This is according to KUnet.dk.<\/p>\n

So far, 33% of students have taken the survey. Several have reported difficulties in accessing it via the front page of KUnet. Therefore, Education Services have decided to extend the deadline to allow everyone an extra chance to take the survey.<\/p>\n

All students should have received a personal link to the survey in their KUnet e-mail.<\/p>\n

The problem<\/h2>\n

In order to access the survey, it was necessary to allow pop-up windows and wait up to 30 seconds before the survey opened via the solution that Ramb\u00f8ll offers, which could have been the reason why some students experienced technical difficulties.<\/p>\n

That is why the banner on KUnet has been changed so that it no longer directs to the survey, but instead points the students to their KUmail, where they will find a personal link to the survey.<\/p>\n

Education Services say they will seek a better solution for the next Study Environment Survey.<\/p>\n
