The individual faculty decides when.\">Once a year,<\/secret> salary negotiations open up for all staff at the faculties and the central administration of the University of Copenhagen (UCPH).<\/p>\n<p>Here managers, staff that bargain their own salary, and staff representatives, gather around the table and allocate the different categories of salary allowances \u2013 like qualification, function or staff retention \u2013 to staff.<\/p>\n<p>The University has a wage transparency policy, and here we provide a comprehensive overview of the total average monthly wage to all employee groups including pensions.<\/p>\n<p>The number of employees in each position is expressed in <secret text=\"A full-time equivalent corresponds to a full-time job. Two part-time employees could, for example, correspond to one FTE.\">full-time equivalents (FTE)<\/secret>.<\/p>\n<p>Categories of employees with fewer than three full-time equivalents are not included, so the list is not exhaustive.
