Economics students steal the most bikes, most students would prefer to be a passion fruit, and 76 per cent of sociology students have written a poem.<\/p>\n

Some of the findings from the \u2018CSS survey 2017′, a questionnaire that \u2013 tongue in cheek \u2013 examines prejudices and emotions of students at the CSS campus.<\/p>\n

\n <\/p>\n

Behind the CSS survey are Tobias Schj\u00f8dt Kj\u00e6r and Blanca Josefine P\u00e9rez Schj\u00f8dt, who are students of sociology and anthropology respectively. Their questionnaire came about over two bottles of wine. It has since then had 650 CSS student responses<\/secret>, revealing fun, crazy and awkward correlations.<\/p>\n

Bike thieves, beings from outer space, and S\u00f8ren Pind<\/h3>\n

The survey<\/a> includes findings that:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Students who believe in extra-terrestrial life are more likely to have a boyfriend than those who do not.
\n<\/em>\u2022 People who steal bikes have more sex partners than people who just take their own bike home from the Friday bar.
\n<\/em>\u2022 And political science students are those that most like the Minister for Education S\u00f8ren Pind’s hairstyle<\/em><\/p>\n

As for the latter, men can better like the Pind hairstyle than women. And right-wing CSS students prefer the Liberal Party Minister for Research and Education than their left-wing study mates.<\/p>\n

\n <\/p>\n

Other noteworthy responses from the CSS survey:<\/p>\n

\u2022 One sixth of students have stolen a bicycle (and the economics students are the biggest bike thieves)
\n<\/em>\u2022 Twice as many men as women would like to be a banana \u2013 if they were a fruit of course.
\n<\/em>\u2022 More students would prefer to be best friends with Crown Prince Frederik than American rapper Kanye West or Danish television presenter S\u00f8ren Ryge.<\/em><\/p>\n

Let’s talk about sex<\/h3>\n

Blanca Schj\u00f8dt and Tobias Kj\u00e6r also asked students about their private and sexual habits. Social science students generally have a high self esteem (either that or they are just a bunch of uncommonly beautiful young people): 43 per cent of students reckon they are even better looking than average, while only 9 per cent think they are less good looking.<\/p>\n

\u2022 89 per cent of male respondents believe their penis length is longer than 13.1 centimetres, which is the Danish average.<\/em>
\n \u2022 At both economics and anthropology the estimates are 4 cm above the actual Danish average.<\/em>
\n \u2022 22 per cent of sociologists have tried bondage; 8 per cent of economists have tried it.<\/em>
\n \u2022 Psychologists have had the most threesomes; sociologists are those that most often keep their socks on in bed.<\/em>
\n \u2022 In economics, 95 per cent are heterosexual; in anthropology, 77 per cent.<\/em>
\n \u2022 Sociologists and anthropologists have had the most sexual partners.<\/em><\/p>\n

The male students reckon that they have tried more things in sex than their fellow female students reckon. 17 per cent of economics students have been in doubt about their sexual orientation. The figure for almost all other study programmes is over 30 per cent.<\/p>\n

Conservative students are singles<\/h3>\n

Students of political science and economics like the social liberal politician Morten \u00d8stergaard. In both study programmes, the Social Liberal Party is the largest party.<\/p>\n

Not for the sociology and anthropology students \u2013 where the left wing Red\/Green Alliance\u2019s is the most popular political party. Those who vote for the Socialist People’s Party, are more likely to have a boy\/girlfriend, while those who vote conservative, are more likely to be single.<\/p>\n

\nNot all survey results fall into the fun and games category. The survey also shows that 42 per cent of students have cried within the past week and 71 per cent within the past month. This was one of\u00a0

Social science students generally have a high self esteem (either that or they are just a bunch of uncommonly beautiful young people): 43 per cent of students reckon they are even better looking than average, while only 9 per cent think they are less good looking.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2022 89 per cent of male respondents believe their penis length is longer than 13.1 centimetres, which is the Danish average.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2022 At both economics and anthropology the estimates are 4 cm above the actual Danish average.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2022 22 per cent of sociologists have tried bondage; 8 per cent of economists have tried it.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2022 Psychologists have had the most threesomes; sociologists are those that most often keep their socks on in bed.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2022 In economics, 95 per cent are heterosexual; in anthropology, 77 per cent.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2022 Sociologists and anthropologists have had the most sexual partners.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The male students reckon that they have tried more things in sex than their fellow female students reckon. 17 per cent of economics students have been in doubt about their sexual orientation. The figure for almost all other study programmes is over 30 per cent.<\/p>\n<h3>Conservative students are singles<\/h3>\n<p>Students of political science and economics like the social liberal politician Morten \u00d8stergaard. In both study programmes, the Social Liberal Party is the largest party.<\/p>\n<p>Not for the sociology and anthropology students \u2013 where the left wing Red\/Green Alliance\u2019s is the most popular political party.
