Fear not, an event at the Frederiksberg campus is coming up with all the answers on job-hunting in Europe and beyond. <\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday 11 March, the Euraxess Road Show will make its only stop in Denmark, at University of Copenhagen’s (UCPH) Frederiksberg Campus. Euraxess is a European initiative to provide students and researchers with all the information and support they need to pursue an international career. <\/p>\n<p>”It’s a good opportunity for anyone who wants to have a research career, including Master’s and PhD students”, says Debra Devied-Clayton from International Staff Mobility at UCPH, who is coordinating the event. ”Euraxess has a job portal, covering positions from student level to professor <\/p>\n<h2>Smile, it’s CV time<\/h2>\n<p>On the day, those who want to be a researcher or scientist can find advice on job-seeking, relocation and employment opportunities, such as the Marie Curie grants and other research fellowships by the European Research Council. <\/p>\n<p>So if you feel like your CV could use a bit of polishing, put on a nice shirt and have a USB stick handy, because there will be a professional photographer ready to take your picture. A workshop on resume writing is also on the agenda, after which you’ll be able to upload your CV directly on to the Euraxess database. <\/p>\n<p>”It’s a good chance to get feedback on your CV.
