Health and Medicine to show off to new students at Open House event

Full degrees in both bachelor and master's programmes are on display Thursday

Prospective medical students are lining up at the Panum building Thursday to see what programmes are on offer.

The Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences presents four two-year MSc programmes taught fully in English (Animal Science, Human Biology, Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences) during its annual open house event at Panum, Nørre Allé 20, 2200 København N on Thursday February 26th 15:30-20:00.

“Basically, you can meet the university and see what’s offered. It is primarily for incoming bachelor and master’s students, both Danish and international,” says student guidance counsellor, Mette Nisbeth Hansen.

Opportunity to meet current students

The programme includes presentations about admission procedures, and stalls where prospective students can meet current students and study advisors. A separate booth is prepared for people who need further guidance on admissions.

Be aware that some of the presentations may be in Danish, Mette says to the University Post.

“There will be English stalls to present the programmes at the Faculty of Health and Medicine. It is an opportunity to meet current students, student advisers as well as lecturers. An international guidance booth is there for students who wish to study abroad and full degree/exchange international students”.
