The University Post (Uniavisen in Danish) is the University of Copenhagen’s independent news media for students and staff – and anyone else who wants to read about the institution. We appear online in both English (Universitypost.dk) and Danish (Uniavisen.dk) and produce six print issues in Danish annually.
The University Post is editorially independent of University of Copenhagen management and does not represent the views, opinions or priorities of the management of the University of Copenhagen.
Students and university employees are always welcome to contact the editorial team. We regularly print reader contributions to the debate. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have ideas for stories or events that you think we should cover, you should also send them along to email@example.com.
If you are a student, you can volunteer as a University Post reporter.
Our news coverage stems partly from our network of student reporters – and photographers. If you would like to join the team, send an email with examples of your work and / or ideas for specific stories to Editor-in-Chief Vicki Therkildsen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We launch a new team of student reporters every year in August.
Students, staff and scientists are welcome to set up a calendar event on the University Post.
The University Post follows an Ethical Code of Conduct that describes the rights of our sources, and the duties of our reporters. This is to make sure that anyone who is quoted on uniavisen.dk is treated fairly and professionally.
