PhD defence: Žaneta Mikosa

It is a great pleasure for the Faculty of Law to invite all interested parties to LLM Žaneta Mikosa´s public defence of her thesis entitled:

Implementation of Article 9(3) of the Aarhus Convention through an action popularis – challenges and limitations Legal standing and the enforcement of environmental law

The thesis has been evaluated by a committee consisting of:

• Professor Clement Salung Petersen (chair), Faculty of Law, UCPH
• Professor Bernhard Wegener, Friedrich Alexander Universität, Erlangen-Nürnberg
• Professor Ineta Ziemele, President of the Constitutional Court of Latvia

Supervisors are Professors Peter Pagh, Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen and Associated professor Dr.jur. Mārtiņš Mits, Riga Graduate School of Law

The public defence takes place on Monday 3 June 2019 at 13:00 in Nanna Berg Auditorium 9A-1-01, Njalsgade 76, 1st floor, 2300 Copenhagen S

After the defence Žaneta and the Faculty of Law will host a reception in meeting room 6B-4-04, Njalsgade 76, 4th floor, 2300 Copenhagen S. The reception ends at 17:00.
