Funders are increasingly demanding that the research they grant money to is published as Open Access. For instance, the EU framework program Horizon Europe has tightened the Open Access requirements.
ChronosHub is a database where you can search for journals that meet specific requirements from funders such as Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe.
The database contains more than 26.000 scientific journals.
After choosing a specific grant provider, you can easily further sort the journals by discipline etc.
