Life is slowly returning to the University of Copenhagen and a number of first-year students can now see each other in real life this week — for some it will be the first time.
In the old days, campus was packed with students. They went on intro camps with no hand sanitizer, and they shared beers and other liquids on packed dance floors. Here is everything that you (perhaps) might never get to experience if you start at the University of Copenhagen this year.
Rector of the University of Copenhagen Henrik C. Wegener misses the feeling of being surrounded by the university. A university which he believes has been changed for good by the coronavirus shutdown.
Scientists can most likely return to their labs in June, and study programmes will most likely reopen in August.
