University of Copenhagen rector and management salaries 2025

The University Post has obtained access to the University of Copenhagen (UCPH) top management pay details for 2025. Here is what the rector, prorectors, university director, and the nine deputy directors earn in terms of monthly salary.

The amounts represent the salaries of the staff in July 2025 and include base salary, pension, term-of-office allowances, permanent allowances, and temporary allowances.
