Battle of the Brains

“15 Minutes of Brain” is a brain-to-brain battle for honour and cold, hard cash. On 20 November, fifteen BSc, MSc and Ph.D students from the Faculty of Life Sciences each have ten minutes to prove their brains the biggest and brightest.

Party with the braniacs

A panel of judges made up of external and internal experts will choose the winners. Each of the brains will battle, in English, for 3 main prizes in each category of DKK 10,000, donated by Novo Nordisk and Chr. Hansen, to be used in an academically relevant context.

The junior research café ‘Juniorforskercafé’ at the Faculty is hosting 15 Minutes of Brain this year.

The brain bashing’s will culminate in a celebration hosted by LIFE at A-vej, to which all of the contestants and members of the audience are invited.

Where and when?

15 Minutes of Brain takes place on 20 November from 14.00 in Aud-3-01 at the Faculty of Life Sciences, Bülowsvej 17, 1870 Frederiksberg C.

The University Post will be there, watching and cheering on the brains locked in fierce battle.
