Students unpacked: Johanna

“These objects remind me of home and of my friends and family back there. Also they assure me of the fact that those people care for me and wish me all the best for my stay here in Copenhagen” says German student Johanna Petersen. She moved to Copenhagen to study agricultural economics.

Johanna’s must-haves:

• A t-shirt from her boyfriend
• A bracelet made by her sister
• A matchbox containing two guardian angel figurines
• Her mother’s advice to “take care”
