Fair Fashion Day

Øvrige — Do you want to give your clothes a fair chance? Then come along to the Fair Fashion Team’s free one-day event at Studenterhuset, focused on raising awareness about the sustainability issues associated with the fashion industry. There will be a joint loppemarked and swap-shop, where you can stock up on Christmas gifts and upgrade your winter wardrobe guilt free! During the day, we’ll be presenting some short films so you can learn more about the problems facing garment workers, and the steps we can take to drive change in the unsustainable fashion industry. Attendees will have the special opportunity to see our exclusive interview with sustainable fashion expert Kirsti Reitan Andersen. We’re also setting up a photo booth where you and your friends will be able to show off your new outfits, with the best dressed eligible to receive some nice prizes. At the end of the day, the funds raised will be going to Fashion Revolution, a global movement which aims to transform the fashion industry and wants to create a more ethical and sustainable future for fashion.
