This event is especially interesting for internationals but Danes are also more than welcome. We will prepare you for job interviewing with an introduction to job interviews and recruitment processes in Denmark – this is also interesting if you are looking for a studentjob or internship.
We will get around themes as:
Job hunting in Denmark – cultural differences?
What are typical mistakes?
Should you negotiate salary and how?
How do I explain my motivation?
Is this the right match for the company?
30 MIN TALK
For the talk we are happy to welcome Charlotte Kehlet Godt, who has +15 years of experience working with recruitment, talent attraction and employer branding.
1 HOUR WORKSHOP
Charlotte will hold a test interview with a volunteer participant to exemplify how a Danish job interview can proceed.
+ Workshop in smaller groups on fundamental interviewing techniques
45 MIN TALK – FORMER INT. STUDENTS
You will also meet two former international students, who have been through a Danish recruitment process, and will share their experiences as examples. Meet:
