PhD defence: Michael Herbing

It is a great pleasure for the Faculty of Law to invite all interested parties to cand.jur. Michael Herbing’s public defence of his thesis entitled:

Between state aid law and public procurement – A legal analysis of the fourth Altmark-criterion and the need for clarity

The thesis has been evaluated by a committee consisting of:

After the defence Michael Herbing and the Faculty of Law will host a reception in meeting room 6B-4-04, Njalsgade 76, 4 floor, 2300 Copenhagen S. The reception ends at 18.00.
