The conference brings together scholars from different disciplines to discuss structures of power and brokerage that characterize international criminal justice, including its relation to other forms of law, politics and governance. The presentations will also focus on what characterizes the ability to effect change at different times or in different contexts, including which agents are able to exercise power and broker change and under which circumstances.
