As head of department Erik Kjær Pedersen, worked tirelessly for the mathematics community in Copenhagen. In this tribute, a professor and close collaborator writes that his efforts will be of permanent benefit to researchers and students.
Record applicant numbers have meant higher admissions on almost all of the faculties at the University of Copenhagen. Yet again this year, the majority of new students are women.
One or more anonymous persons have allegedly attended instruction on the dentistry programme while infected with corona. They have threatened to show up to exams. The study programme’s management has informed the rest of the year cohort, but is still upholding exam schedules.
