Sacked Professor Hans Thybo rejected a settlement proposal from UCPH and is ready to go to court to get his job back after doubts concerning the University's grounds for dismissal. New documents show that Thybo unsuccessfully tried to get Rector to declare that there were no secret grounds for dismissal
