It's time for this year's round of university elections. Here are this year's leading candidates for the positions on the UCPH Board.
According to department administrator Anne Marie Shuhaiber Clemensen it is to her advantage as a candidate for the board that she is not affiliated with an interest group: »I don’t have a political agenda«.
Laboratory technician Dorte Brix wants to make sure that the administrative personnel are not made invisible at the university: »I think a lot of people are walking around feeling bad.«
»Of course, I should have continued with high school. But never mind that, I don’t regret things. I am happy with where I am today,” says University of Copenhagen grounds officer Jesper Ovesen.
After a one year break, the TAP Prize is back to celebrate 'technical/administrative staff who make a special difference to the education community at UCPH'. The students can now nominate candidates for the prize, which will be awarded at the Spring Festival.
