AI Governance in the EU – quo vadis?

On 10 February 2021, Tine Nielsen Hertz and Johan Amby from the Danish Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs (EM) and experts Maria Danmark Nielsen and Mikael Bomholt from the Danish Business Authority (Erst) will join us for a CIIR seminar on AI Governance.

Covering AI regulation, Politico commented “all roads lead to Copenhagen” in October 2020. In the first quarter of 2021, the European Commission plans to unveil a legislative proposal on AI, as a follow-up on the White Paper from early 2020.

Our guests from EM/Erst will provide us with an overview of current developments (national, D9+ countries and EU-level) and their perspectives, especially with a view to risk assessment and management, followed by a Q&A and discussion.
