ASIA WEEK 2024

Asian Dynamics Initiative once again hosts the annual event, Asia Week – a week-long itinerary of cultural and intellectual encounters consisting of talks, films, symposium, arts and culture.

As always, this event is free and open to everyone who has an interest in cultural, historical, societal, linguistic and artistic relations of contemporary Asiatic Countries.

Asian Dynamics Initiative (ADI) was founded in 2008 as a cross-faculty programme between the Humanities and the Social Sciences. ADI has created a unique environment for both specialized and interdisciplinary research collaborations on Asia and has also been vital in fostering new research collaborations and mentoring early career scholars. Today, ADI is situated at the Institute of Cross-cultural and Regional Studies (ToRS) at the University of Copenhagen.
