Its major role in the economy makes Public Procurement, when used correctly and effectively, a significant and necessary tool to fight climate change. This seminar will assess the main international, EU and national policies for Green Public Procurement (GPP), their relationship with general EU procurement and new trends and possibilities for Public Procurement to become a relevant tool for the green transition.
