Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence – the EU Directive and beyond

The EU’s proposed Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) aims to endorse greater corporate responsibility, improve sustainability due diligence standards and corporate governance of human rights, and aid stakeholders’ rights to access remedies. In this talk, Dr. Lone Wandahl Mouyal will shed more light on the corporate sustainability due diligence obligations suggested by the EU and the implications for Danish companies.
