PhD defence: Vadym Semenov

It is a great pleasure for the Faculty of Law to invite all interested parties to LLM Vadym Semenov´s public defence of his thesis entitled:

Denying prohibitory injunctive relief in patent disputes: grounds and justifications.

The thesis has been evaluated by a committee consisting of:

• Associate professor Inger Berg Østervik (Faculty of Law, University of Oslo)
• Associate professor Xavier Seuba (CEIPI, University of Strasbourg)

The public defence takes place on Tuesday 28 May 2019 at 10:00 in Nanna Berg Auditorium 9A-1-01, Njalsgade 76, 1st floor, 2300 Copenhagen S

After the defence Vadym Semenov and the Faculty of Law will host a reception in room 7A.0.16, Njalsgade 76, ground floor, 2300 Copenhagen S. The reception ends at 14:00.
