LET’S TALK ABOUT STRESS
Over the past five years, the amount of students who feel their lives too stressful has increased enormously. A third of all students in Denmark feel that the weight on their shoulders is too high but yet we are terrible at talking about the issue – and we still need to find a way to help each other!
The social community PLADS invites you to an evening, where we will talk about stress and how it impacts our everyday life. We will discuss how to deal with stressful routines and find tools to manage it. Additionally, we will address how to balance a life that is heavily characterized by our obligations to studying, keeping up at work and maintaining a social life.
Previously PLADS successfully held events concerning the well-being of students in Copenhagen. Now we want to include the many international people studying here, invite them into our community and open up for the conversation about well-being and how to manage stress.
First, you will meet students who will share their personal stories and knowledge. Afterward, psychologist Julia Svabo will talk about stress. Then we will discuss how to deal with stress in our everyday life.
// The event is FREE – everything is included! //
