Data Management and Migration: Creative Design

The seminar introduces the Bangladeshi social enterprise mPower’s ground breaking work with ICT ‘4’ development to a Danish community of researchers and designers. mPower’s work has reached 2.5 million beneficiaries in Asia and Africa. Recent projects focus on geo data (based on satellite-technology) for everyday use in farming communities in Bangladesh. Future projects will address big data and IOT (Internet of Things) for solving the challenges of raising sea levels for farming communities in coastal areas of the world.
